Acquisition Strategy: In conjunction with the client, Peak will define the acquisition criteria after taking into consideration the client’s growth goals, available resources, and financing alternatives.
Target Identification and Solicitation: Peak uses proprietary databases and its extensive network of professionals to generate a prospect list. Peak will then solicit interest from companies on the approved target list and screen each prospect to determine if they fit the client’s own acquisition criteria.
Closing: Once a party is interested, Peak will manage the closing by coordinating the flow of information between each party’s team of professionals.
