Ms. Jill Reamer has over 20 years of managing business transactions that include strategic partnerships, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. She has enjoyed transactional work as both a retained professional advising corporations on deal structure, negotiation strategy and due diligence analysis, as well as being the leading corporate development officer for a healthcare company.

Ms. Reamer’s career began as a transactional advisor for CMG Health, Inc., a regional healthcare company providing managed behavioral healthcare. As CMG Health chief counsel and leading corporate development officer, Ms. Reamer lead the growth of the company from a $20 million enterprise to $120 million national organization over the span of five years. As a member of the company’s Executive Committee, Ms. Reamer became a principal force in the $85 million sale of CMG Health.

After the sale, Ms. Reamer enjoyed the private practice of law, specializing in corporate transactions and serving as counsel to Life Bridge Health. While at Life Bridge Health she advised and monitored various corporate transactions including the sale of a rehabilitation unit and the investment of a large assisted living facility.

In 2004, Ms. Reamer established Peak Strategy Advisors, a firm that provides strategic merger and acquisition advice to companies in the service, manufacturing, healthcare, and distribution industries. Peak services combine the traditional functions of strategy consulting and investment banking for small and middle-market companies.

Since the establishment of Peak Strategy Advisors, Ms. Reamer has provided investment banking services for Aquetong Capital Advisors, Inc. and is a mergers and acquisition consultant for The Rogan Group, a national recruiting agency for the insurance agency industry. Ms Reamer has acted as a representative for corporations in various industries helping them grow through acquisitions and has managed numerous owner exit sales.

Jill enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and exploring the outdoors.

Ms. Reamer received her BA in business from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and earned her JD degree at The University of Maryland, School of Law. Jill holds a board position for National Association of Women Business Owners Baltimore Regional Chapter and continues to be active with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Maryland where she once held a seat on its Board of Directors.
